The measurement of water vapor, how we discuss the presence of water vapor in the Earth’s atmosphere is not understood well by most people. I can say this as I get to grade the homework of people seeking a college education. Most of these individual try hard to explain such things as “humidity” and “dew point.” Honestly, these people struggle with these assignments and they are pursuing a college education, something about 66% of the United States population does not succeed at. My point is, if people wanting a college education have problems understanding atmospheric moisture, the general population probably struggles, too.
